Leadership Programme
Build your confidence and competence as a leader with a fun and experiential leadership and team building course.
Leadership Challenge
Each student will either have a leadership role or will undertake a leadership challenge over the 5 weeks of the course. This generates the perfect mix of theoretical and practical learning and makes it more fun!
Learning Outcomes
| Define your leadership role and purpose. Develop a clear plan of how to deliver your leadership goals in your chosen role or challenge. |

Self-awareness - raise your awareness of self and others. Learn more about your own personality type and preferences and how they may differ from others using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Build a great team - gain a deeper understanding of what makes great teams and how to build them.

Communication - improve your communication skills and your ability to foster Followership from others through great communication.

|
Challenge - review your progress in your leadership role or challenge. Learn the importance of resilience in leadership and develop techniques to improve it.

Currently the Leadership Programme is held exclusively through independent schools.
